The Dented Puck Foundation aims to create a more global support system and knowledge base for the adaptive sport of blind hockey, while providing events at the lowest possible cost to our blind hockey community.

Mission Statement. Est 2021

The Dented Puck Foundation:  Focus Areas

  • Through the efforts and work of our Board, we have developed multiple avenues to enable impending astronomical growth of the sport of blind hockey both nationally and globally.

  • Focused on the development of the game, and its players, creating opportunities for advancement in a learning setting is of paramount importance.

  • The Dented Pucks Showcase Blind Hockey team attends charity tournaments to show "Hockey is For Everyone" and introduce the hockey playing public to blind hockey.

  • Attempting to raise both disability awareness and understanding for the visually impaired community, we showcase and demonstrate our sport to various audiences for purposes of education, recruitment, and support.

  • The Foundation started (and continues) as a podcast devoted to growing awareness for the sport of blind hockey and highlighting the amazing stories of our peers.

  • Our steadfast commitment providing blind hockey events at the lowest cost began with the Windy City Showdown and continued with The Jersey Dare Devil Dash.
